Monday [7 to 10]

ddddd

8. Continuing Monday 2

… just a snapshot of this morning’s exchanges:

Just a few takeaways … there’s quiet Vicky again, observing all. Also … Cocksworth? As in “it’s more than my …”? How about Emma Dunwell? Am I wrong to suspect a certain poetic licence in these monikers?

7. In one of those word salad speeches

AOC: “My favorite part is when they said that the Spanish language came from Spain. I believe that the Mexicans would like to have a word.”

🤪

Monday [6]

That Rupert speech again, via Steve

Also from Andrew Bridgen, whence Steve found the items:

  • Ben Habib of Advance UK endorses Rupert Lowe and Restore Britain. A sensible decision which shows political maturity and selflessness to merge the parties.
  • Andrew endorses HERE.

Monday [1 to 5]

(0503) Morning all … still dark out there. (0615)

5. They never, ever stop their horrors

4. Those awful ads intruding at random

I replied: “Absolutely. I can just about stand the TUA travel ditty … at the other end is anything with the wrong demographic for the scene.”

2. An amateur news service?

If you gradually slide into such a role on a blog, it requires certain things which “just an outlet for a blogger’s opinions” do not fully cover. Mind you, the reader has his own way of finding diverse opinions or even bias confirmation … it can be called blogrounds, often first thing in the morning.

Which is fine for many readers, including the rounds of the MSM. Something which a blogger with aspirations to cover far and wide from an antiWoke slant … what he discovers … is that regulars start feeding in reports, and like Kate at Small Dead Animals (blogrolls, fifth column there), it’s mainly men who overtly take over that role.

The female likes to find a warm, comfortable nest though from where to do her fearless Amelia warrior stuff and X is one such nest … there are females everywhere in that colony, from the outspoken (useful and useless) … to the more reticent, the “reposter”, in this case below … “Missy”:

If you were once, say in your day job, a junior headmaster, then a prep school head, you are going to be in contact with the female almost constantly, inc. at home and you quickly find the most astute ones, the ones who notice fine detail, plus the children who also notice things, a bit like the Baker Street irregulars.

So I was evaluating Missy … a bit over a thousand followers, similar number that she follows … and that in itself says something … lack of narcissism for a start, not one of those females out to attract simps and those who think with their tadgers … seems Brit oriented, ultra reticent to show herself, likes to observe … and among those are some of the most useful bellwethers from long experience.

One I always look out for as a reposter is Vicky, one of the original, fearless Kippers, plus Inese, delicate and dainty, I bet with rooms full of accumulated elegant items … she’s a fellow pureblood. Most men pass by in pursuit of, for example, the artful haggis up hill, down glen, hot in pursuit with the hounds.

Here’s one of the morsels Missy captured:

“Hillary is leaving out one very important detail… Clinton: 2 million with no protests. Obama: 5 million with no protests. Trump: 600K with PROTESTS and RIOTS. This is all manufactured by the Democrats to stop Trump. They are causing the violence.”

Morsels all over the place.

a) The administrative court of Nîmes ordered the mayor of Robion, a town in the Vaucluse department, at the beginning of the month to remove a wooden cross located on the town’s outskirts. The mayor has announced he will appeal the decision….

b) What do you think of this email to nietspE?

“Hi Jeffrey, it’s Anna, Caroline’s daughter and Jack Lang’s granddaughter.

I’ve been working at a summer camp for a month now, but I’m really struggling there, and so are two of my friends. They’re being really mean to us. So I was wondering if we could stay with you in New York from Friday the 7th to Sunday the 9th….

c) The bureaucracy in France is mad, stupid, wearisome.

Having lived in Haute-Savoie since the age of three, 23-year-old Archie Morrissey’s dream of joining the prestigious Marseille naval fire brigade has been abruptly halted.

Born in London but raised in the Giffre Valley, the young man was denied French citizenship, a prerequisite for applying….

d) The Eps**n Files and the 100 Most Powerful Figures.

JH: As someone pointed out yesterday, such a list, with no context, with perps mixed in with those only discussed from a distance, is next to useless, as Pammy well knows.
