a) President Putin confirms that he spoke with President Trump for over two hours.
b) It’s that bad: 80% of French women want the army deployed into bad neighborhoods in French cities. Even a majority of far-left voters want troops on the streets of dangerous neighborhoods in French cities.
c) Portugal shifts to the Right as Chega secures historic election gain.
d) British police arrested a third man in an investigation into a series of arson attacks in north London, including a fire at a house belonging to Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

2. Never lived in this place
… even though I support the team. Our family of expats decided to settle there, I though came later … have visited sleepy hollow a few times …so, interesting seeing this headline in its local rag:

You wot? Same as over here … Leninist playbook … decimate the intellectuals and farmers first, be good Bolshies like Cokehead Keir and the Rent Boys.
1. Enforced bonhomie
Never in my wildest dreams would I ever have contemplated running this as the opening item … must get Longrider over to discuss it, ha ha. At first I wasn’t sure what he was on about, the young Scot, I’m 0:44 through and think I might have the idea.
Last time I was in any sort of Church building for an official service with the priest in regalia was in Chester cathedral and I went to two services, maybe not on the same day. One was the official, ground floor service involving this “meet and greet” thing, woman priest, not even a nice person … the other was out of the door, down a long corridor, out into a yard, up some steps and into a hidden room no one would know about … that was a formalised communion with bread and wine … yet a friendly service, in good mood, with some mixing and banter afterwards.
I’m thinking this might be what TYS is referring to, must watch it … meaning I must watch it, not you, unless you want to.
In other words, not enforced by me upon you. Yet at the same time, this item cannot be unseen by “generalists” who drop in for some daily politics and even short features.
Which is why I’m running it as a YT, not as a s’shot … the thumbnail is TYS himself, a nice enough young chap, almost like a young vicar. But it does remind me of the horror of that service DJT endured, with family and entourage, where a Wokeleft Priestess harangued him from the pulpit … how to turn people off a faith, eh? Before they even start.
And it also reminds me of recent shots of new Orthodox visitors who actually must step down into a vat of malmsey of some kind, fully clothed … three or four burly men forcing the poor sod under water … whaaaa?
No way, Jose … I’d insta-scarper and run a mile, coming back later at a non service time, as I did in Sicily, in quite a few Catholic churches … it was nice inside those, peaceful, could sit and reflect. Some beautiful architecture too.
Which brings me to enforced “meets and greets” anywhere, for any reason. Yuk. Don’t get me wrong, I’m gregarious at a slight distance. One of the things yesterday was our new tenant downstairs … no one had spoken to him, I did and it was obvious he’d met no one, we all keep well out of the way and quiet in this place. Still friendly enough, as he said … local lad … but not desperate for “meets and greets” … it’s more works, eats, sleeps.
We both enjoyed the guided tour I gave him of our vast complex, I’d had similar earlier with a longtime neighbour in the yard … it was good vibes … but hardly “community atmosphere”. I assured the new chap of that, he was relieved … friendly but largely keeping ourselves to ourselves, that’s our way. And the older chap’s bird garden downstairs … makes me feel like a young whippersnapper, comparatively … we generally leave him to it, it’s idyllic, not for us to blunder in on.
Which reminds me of this thing in Australia of enforced govt Welcome speeches … st**f that, I do not need a formal ceremony. Hmmmm, wonder if I’ll even turn up to my own funeral … might give it a miss.
I’m thinking that Toodles in Bama might be horrified by my attitude … oh dear, have I erred?
Monday [12 till close of play]
(1752) RL things crowding in, inc. a delivery soon, just can’t get blogging time. (1902) Takes a bit to faze me but consider me fazed … and yet everything was eventually ticked off after high drama. Also, sickened by Starmer and very, very strange from the Terrible Two acroos the pond on Nietspe. Might be best just to get ready for bed, dearest reader.

Good, short summary here https://voxday.net/2025/05/17/the-vaxx-is-working/ including links to sources, which themselves directly reference the scientific papers.
The synopsis, “Population Decline is an intended effect of vaxx” is arguably “conspiracy theory”, although there’s probably corroborative evidence, BUT whether its true or not doesn’t change the fact the fertility of vaccinated women has significantly and measurably decreased relative to unvaccinated.

Alex Jones (via Steve):
“Overall, I think Kash Patel and Dan Bongino are doing a great job, but on this claim that Epstein’s death is not a cover-up I call bullshit. EPSTEIN confirmed a suic*de? Maria sits down with FBI’s Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, who claim Epstein did, in fact, commit suic*de. Now, let’s get into why people do not believe this theory. Number one, Maurene Comey, Fmr. disgraced FBI Dir. James Comey’s daughter was in charge of Epstein’s alleged suic*de investigation, which isn’t a good start, and Maurene allegedly lost the jailhouse CCTV tapes as a result of a technical error. Then on top of the “lost/erased tapes,” through a “technical error,” both security guards “fell asleep,” who were supposed to be watching Epstein’s cell, who was on 24hr surveillance for suicide watch which is standard procedure in every jail and being a high-profile prisoner. There are rumors and a video you can search which claims nitrous oxide was used to knock the guards out, which then Epstein was taken out by another individual. Others claim the guards were paid not to talk. Either way, for the tapes to mysteriously go missing or erased and to have not one, but TWO guards both fall asleep coincidentally, the odds of both of these happenings to occur at the same time in the same place are astronomical. We know the Comey’s are corrupt. James Comey just sent out a dogwhistle to have our sitting president assassinated. Why do you think he would do that? What is Comey, the Clintons, and the Obamas all have to hide? Are you paying attention to Trump’s recent posts? Are you starting to connect the dots? Remember, there are no coincidences. Do you think they’re telling the truth? What do you think really happened to Epstein?”
……
JH: Problem is Jones is about as reliable as the others, as Pammy, as anyone in this thing. Which is not at all. Strikes me that there are some very scared people right now. 🍿🍿🍿
Mon Mat
Monday [10 and 11]
(1040) Monday is jobs day, much going on, blogging when I can. It’s all about Biden just now … too much to do to be bothered. More politics later. Starmer selling out to EU … that’s the biggy. (1243)
11. Mandatory v non-mandatory
Singapore goes one way, the west wants to but the evidence is now like a tsunami against them.

10. Various people, organisations, do have form

The central aspects of globo-satano-leftism is it creates a fanatical priestly caste, plus those below hoodwinked, in a nirvanic dream of future good things, as long as they do the cult leaders’ bidding, accept the cult leaders’ betes-noires.
“Walmart has lost their mind” she wrote. Not lost their mind, as became apparent at a senior managers ra-ra-ra session we reported at NO long ago … they were fanatical, religious, it was a cult, only devotees promoted. It was all about “the Walmart way”.
That sort of thing never, ever bodes well and thus things like DEI, vaxxes, Woke-sickening advertising, driving local businesses to the wall … all that goes with it. There’s a thing called free enterprise, and then there’s this corporate, predatory, monopolistic, waste-all thing.
They haven’t lost their minds … this is the plan.

8. Stolen election yet again

Same story in every western nation … the crims on the left pull this stunt, inc. the faux right.
7. This was at TDS

Diplomatic way of putting what I’ve been writing since 2006. My first post at the now stolen NO was that there is most certainly a link between yag and odeap and I wrote that, not as a pundit but as a male Sammy Woodhouse, not in those sheer numbers though. There’s zero reason why it would not be so, given it’s a sick aberration to start with. The stats follow years later.
6. Salutary lesson in pundit-ing
Combine sources. For example, this came out:

But there was also this:

It’s a pretty simple question … what sells, in order to large scale money launder? Obviously porn, child porn, trafficking, drugs. Which criminal states are most likely to be involved? The entire western seaboard, yes (China and South America for a start), plus the trad illumined eastern seaboard, don’t forget Abbott’s Texas. And Laurel Canyon is near to the coast, Hollywood Babylon.
So the above screenshots are just part of it, no? How about rendition flights to air force bases, e.g. Omaha?

3. By what logic, if one dumps the MSM in all its forms
… can a pundit rely on certain social media for accurate reports? Answer is that there are ways.
Firstly, one still sees what they come out with … some of it, even Alex Phillips, can occasionally be right. Secondly, our own corner of the sphere makes reference much of the time. If there’s a dearth of news, going to Guido can help. Thirdly, X is the premier news site, simply because most pundits see it this way, inc. MPs and Congress. Fourthly, extensive blogrolls help.
Fifthly, if a pundit quite aggressively examines feeder soc-med, e.g. Liberty Beacon, by a set of rules, e.g. transparency of authorship or not, it usually uncovers or confirms sooner or later. It’s one reason I don’t put much store by ZeroHedge, as they hide behind the Tyler Durden moniker. Part of it is to look for placepeople … false flag or faux colleague get found out, e.g. Alex Jones, Glenn Beck, Hannity.
Just saw Laura Loomer attacked by supposed Trumpists for calling Bondi Blondi. They warn DJT to keep away from her. I’d start exploring them, themselves to see whom they’re representing. Which does not exonerate LL all the time … but she certainly calls more than she misses.
It’s a different type of journalism or reporting, this. For example, 0600 our time has almost zero Brit input, it’s almost entirely North American.
