There’ve been many bloggers and Xers, plus NHSers, on about broken or lack of sleep. Being self-centred here and speaking just de moi … I’m finding it better to do first sleep early, say 2000, waking at midnight, doing some things and posting, then a good sleep till about 0800 … it covers Stevedrops, plus this is when many could do with a new dose of posting.
