2. Americans for Limited govt

… puts out mailings, usually along our lines, more TPA like, and this is part of today’s:

Senator Rand Paul is one of the few Senators who are serious about the fiscal challenges facing America.  Quite simply, the current rate of government spending is unsustainable with interest payments on the debt for the first ten months of fiscal year 2024 reaching a staggering $763 billion fully $202 billion more than the same period the previous year. Net interest payments on the debt surpass every other spending category other than Social Security. It is astonishing that the fiscal apocalypse that we have worried about for decades is now upon us with even defense spending dwarfed by the cost of simply making interest payments on our $35 trillion national debt.

Phew. How meaningful are trillions these days? Fiscal respinsibility? What was that … a now extinct species?

1. Clubs and parties

We had a blog group almost two decades ago which looked like a good idea and it had about a hundred members at one point, from all different parties. It could only survive as long as political differences were understood, maybe with a snide aside but they did not threaten the prime directive … promoting “good blogs”.

Iain Dale had some criteria for that … it was regular, it kept within the laws of defamation, illegality, pron etc. … and in those heady days of Old Labour, Old Conservative such as Norman Tebbit, it was workable.

That was the key … workable … and I’d suggest too many are ultra-doctrinal without looking at how different shades or wings can get along. We look at 2024 and how Starmer has made it clear that obtuse and bloodminded, bludgeoning is the way he thinks he’ll rearrange Britain to suit the WEF. That’s another issue … this post item is about clubs, groups … and churches.

Toodles sent some local news from that corner of the world stretching to Texas and I’d suggest it is no more nor no less than what any group of unherdable cats find when they sttempt to combine for some purpose. As a person who’s started enough groups to be called an egomaniacal troublemaker, my view on it is that all formalised groups are fraught.

Just that.

Watching Reform euphoria, I could easily see the seeds of doom embedded in its set-up, not least in its patricians pushing out its “plebs”, its working class … and those are from former Labour, former Tory voterships. That’s fine with the common Uniparty enemy but what about in govt? With a platform of planks, a manifesto?

That’s when the falling out begins and we saw the Evans problem at UKIP on doctrinal points, also between Carswell and Farage. Back in the States, I was looking at the infrastructure involving property, big money for building and maintenance, church hierarchies and this name came up:

HERE

Just think of the doctrinal points they could fall out on. Add to that the old lure of man-woman as shown in this Perry Mason episode and add to that the most unChristian men handling the finances, the Bank Ambrosias … rife for trouble, open invitation for the evil one to come in and wreak havoc.

How do football clubs stay together? When they do, that is? Well, an overriding goal, yes? Look at Peter Navarro in Steve’s first piece which was to have been Natalie W … which it was later. He, PN, pointed out that some SpAds close to DJT were badmouthing him … leaking to the left press … 40 days out from the election. Why?

Coming back to church things, Toodles was pointing out about “too perfect” people, not always with coiffed hair but all vulnerabilities seemingly smoothed … yet under the surface? Always something. Anyone setting themselves up as paragons of virtue I’m hugely suspicious of:

HERE

Mind you, I’m with the PTA on mothers doing a Cher: Tramps and Thieves or The Son of Hickory Holler’s Tramp but really … one should look to oneself first. If you’re vulnerable to counterattack, which I very much am, should I just shut it? Maybe my experience of something leads me to say this is a nowhere path?

To my mind, there just needs to be an extraction of ego and bloodymindedness from the equation and then maybe we can get somewhere. Also, we make mistakes … we’ve just finished telling Steve about “The Health Ranger” and what do I go and do yesterday? Wed 10b … why? Coz I saw James Melville, saw the CO2 machine, was rushing to be ready for something else which needed doing … completely missed Adams.

Hmmmm … take it down? Cover my tracks? Can’t … the story itself is right … whatever his set up (see Be Aware page), the issue itself needed saying. There’s no easy answer to any of these th8ngs, is there?

13. Now and next

flee the UK’s NHS:

It’s getting to the point where some might contemplate emigration so as not to be murdered by a doctor.

If it can happen to the Monarch it can happen to anyone. In January 1936 the dying King George V was given a hurry-up kill shot of morphine and cocaine; allegedly the moment was chosen to let The Times break the news, instead of the evening papers. The King’s last words to his physician were ‘God damn you.’

(JH: ha ha, maybe it ain’t no joke.)

12. Just a word to patrons of nourishing unherdables

Firstly, the whole unherdables thang is happening because a certain platform stole my (our) 18 year old blog on the day of its birthday … really nice people, eh? And of course, there was the little matter of trying to stay afloat to take care of, whilst a more permanent solution was found.

Not going to report on that specifically and today was part of the build … had to be done, chaps and chapesses … it was done and part tested. Also tried out the Ctrl + scrolling wheel thing today and while it does enlarge and reduce, it needs a very soft touch to keep it to 5 to 10%. I apple-log to all again but the template-theme, despite the font size, has much going for it.

Right … onto the topic of this post item … things which you write. Mate today made a good point when we were discussing putting things up he would like to see. I said he was welcome … just send it or drop it.

Ah, said he … my strength, he said, is the IT, that’s what we’re doing today … your expertise is … er … otherwise. I tumbled to it. Now I’m fine with ghosting something you boys and gals want to post … or even just giving it the once over, proofing, maybe not even touching at all … but …

… to not touch at all does bring in platform rules from those above, upon me, also laws of the land, copyright etc. … so it’s still a two way thing in that way. Also … you see the amount of space we use, also sparing with links … also to where the links are … there are still considerations, let us say.

Also … I’m blogging most of the waking hours myself. Happy to do … time and ease of doing it is really the thang though.

Let’s test this out … Steve dropped 820:2 … now, my job is to do justice to it, esp. as many of you have no access to X. I do have access, so I took some screenshots and pics:

This guy is a prat for reasons I’ll eventually get to. Here’s what I originally wrote:

The subject matter is well treated, the background noise (“music”) does not drown out, it’s a short enough youtube … then “was ist den los” (dropping into my pidgin Deutsch)?

The issue is the guy’s actual voice … it’s a strange case, not of a face for radio, but a voice for silent movies. He gives the appearance of manliness and yet … that voice! And yet … and yet … it’s a good documentary, worth your time perhaps:

Ah, but at 1547, that’s not the actual supreme super-prattiness … it was blocking embedding, the prat.

4. That threatened Op Ed

Influencing this were five items … one the young Scot’s the so-called church of England … plus Bergoglio has just said all faiths lead to the same God, which is utter bollox, demonstrably so … the second was Starmer’s, as reported, saying that these changes are permanent, they cannot be reversed, which is also bollox as no parliament can bind a future parliament … ditto is being tried on by the demonrats across the pond … the third was Natalie Winters … yes, 23 and reading from the cue card but I’d say she’d had a hand in the writing of that … and what she was saying I’m about to go into … fourth being Wings of Pegasus and plain, flat out lying … fifth being the sheer inevitability of what’s coming unless the Christian God stops or diverts it.

On the last one … the simple logic is that … were the population to largely still, or newly believe, then God might have an incentive to step in and save this sodom and gomorrah we’re in, but what incentive does He actually have at this moment? How many hearts are even thinking scripturally across the western lands? Were it so, then we’d get somewhere. But they’re not … not taught in all corners of society, at home … anywhere today … and alternatives out of this are utter tosh … everyone at others’ throats and that anger factor again, mentioned below with Le Pen.

And that’s the clincher here … it’s the killer factor. As westerners, no one can combine … totally unherdable cats, easy to pick off due to their very inability to lay aside differences … plus some differences absolutely must not be ‘laid aside’, as to do so, in itself, destroys society. If you have a thousand serpents coming at you, poisonous ones … do you start speaking of all God’s creatures, great and small?

To do so, illustrated in Welby and Bergoglio misusing and abusing scripture (OT plus NT, KJV perhaps) … to do so, taking the scriptural context out of context and reversing its meaning … then that’s devil’s work, going all old-time preacher for a moment.

Back to this moment 40/41 days out from the US Election, my thoughts on developments:

They could easily have got DJT by now, easily, even down to poisoning the food, the limo, whatever. What’s happening is either theatre, agitprop, a really funny wheeze for the psychos or maybe, just maybe … protection by said God for real … I do believe that scenario exists, e.g. why events occurred causing Hitler to turn back from Britain in WW2.

And here we get to a crucial point … yes I too can explain it all in historical, military strategy terms, e.g. the collapse of the Stalin pact … also that both were following their own plans of expansion and both knew the other was.

And here’s the crunch … if sufficient people are awake, as Natalie W was saying, bless the young lass and she’s not wrong … if sufficient know and are non-cooperating in subtle ways … any more and it’s in the slammer, or tortured and murdered … then a French Resistance situation springs up. Lately, some Poles are putting on X the stories of WW2 Polish Resistance.

And what of events themselves, as directed by the psycho satanists above? I see no alternative to civil war … not with the utterly conditioned yoof totally triggered out of their tiny minds … add Toodles’s comment about her Red State turning blue … mindlessly, MSM-controlled, low-true-info … I’m not at all sure DJT will get back according to the now corrupted rules of the game which the demonrats hold the “good side’s” noses to, whilst they don’t bother with The Rules in the least.

The horror is that once the facade of laura norder is quite dropped by the “good side”, reaching for their guns as they finally realise they’ve been bilked yet again … does the “good side” not realise it’s long ago been factored in … the baddies puzzled why it’s taken so long?

If we use the word communism, it has a mixed effect … understood by the 15% or so but not by the other 85%, both left and right. The word triggers people, divides even allies. But the fanaticism of these people is beyond, esp. among the young … esp. the young female, vocal today out of all proportion to the way wisdom used to proceed.

Bottom line? As long as those who fear for their lives on the bad side do so, then civil war MUST inevitably come. And it’s nasty, predicted in the bible … brother against brother, child against parent etc.

Do those on the bad side fear? Hell yeah … psy-op complete. Look at traitor Johnson for example … no great surprise … why did the Demrats and RINOs not cause a stink? Easy-peasy … they knew there was nothing to fear, despite all the Big Showtime praying upon his induction. That Big Showtime praying for the cameras was a red flag for me. So no surprise he’s a weasel.

Leaving aside natural corruption, as in Pence masquerading as Christian, ditto Welby and Bergoglio, there is straight threat to consider.

At the lowest level … exposure, Epstein/Diddy like … but at the other end, one’s own grandchild taken and put through an Obama/Diddy horror, before being snuffed out. Something like that, ladies and gentlemen, is going to let a Johnson mind turn on country in favour of saving family. In a twisted way, it’s not even corruption … it’s preserving his family unit.

Not suggesting that that’s how far it went with Johnson … he might even have his own plan of escape … he might just be like a Pence or Ryan, Romney, Cheney, McCain, Walz … we don’t know but the bottom line is that the threat is as existential or real as they need to make it. Just obvious, innit?

I do see civil war unless the Christian God does step in … but why on earth would He now? Only 15% or so believe in Him. END.

Sean Connery, Sir Ralph Richardson, and Gina Lollabrigida star in “Woman of Straw”, a 1964 film.

Connery plays Tony Richmond, who hires Maria (Lollabrigida) as a nurse for his impossible wheelchair-bound uncle (Richardson). His Uncle Charles is cruel and rude, and Maria doesn’t want to put up with him. Shortly after she arrives, she quits. Tony explains to her that his uncle doesn’t have long to live, which she knows, and he’s only been left 20 grand in his uncle’s will. If Uncle Charles marries Maria, she’ll inherit everything, and she can give him a million pounds. It’s all perfect.

Maria and Tony are attracted to one another, though at first she resists. She also doesn’t think she can bring herself to get Uncle Charles sufficiently interested in her to marry him – the idea repulses her. In truth, she winds up growing quite fond of him and is strict in the way she cares for him. However, his Jekyll-Hyde behavior becomes too much and she quits again. This time, Charles goes to see her himself and proposes. She accepts.

While on a yacht trip, Charles changes his will to benefit her and doubles his nephew’s inheritance to $40,000. Tony tells her that he will have to register the will in London when they get back in order for it to be legal. And that’s where the trouble begins.

Terrific film, well directed by Basil Dearden, produced in color with glorious scenery. Everyone does a great job, particularly Richardson, such a magnificent actor, who is hateful one minute and likable the next. Connery and Lollabrigida are gorgeous. It’s a good script that will keep you involved right to the very end. (Blanche)

The Royal College of Nursing left Chancellor Rachel Reeves red-faced after announcing it was rejecting the Government’s 5.5 per centpay hike offer in the middle of her speech. And Mr Lynch called for a sweeping expansion of union powers which would make it easier to shut down industries if their demands are not met.
